72 | 4 | 6 | 8 | 13 | 18 | 8 | 5 | 23 | 7 | 8 | This is an over-thought plan that is designed to defeat an optimization of the data from the first group of data. It assumes that people will not try and win 7 or 6 because lots of people tried to win 7 or 6, but it doesn't just give up the space. In most cases it adds 1 to 2 soldiers over what is optimal in the first contest and (mostly) does not over-commit. The assumption is that people will mostly choose a plan that was optimal in the first contest, or optimal +1. This plan will defeat most of the best plans from the first contest, but would be weaker against "lesser" plans then the leaders. |
